For a hundred years, prosperity fills the purple garden with fragrance,
Quiet and auspicious, the melody of the zither floats.
Commenting on current affairs, old tea leaves bring sweet intensity,

Bamboo curtains sway in the wind, marking good years,
Teapot pouring like rain, good times are flowing.
Men gather from all sides, a heroic assembly,
Calm and at ease, enjoying tea with grace.
Yi Jian Mei - Chanting Plum Blossoms

The plum blossoms bloom, their ice - like bones enchanting, steaming rosy clouds.
Cloud - washing fairies, snow - washing beauties.
Dreaming of the fragrant plum, butterflies dance in drunkenness,
Divine hands play the chords, divine pens write the same page.
The soul - captivating cold fragrance is so pitiful,
Colorful rivers of words, gorgeous verses in the sky.
Watching the three - tune performance by the sleeves,
Graceful shadows escaping from worldly cares, graceful bodies greeting the new year.
Note: The ancient - rhyme pattern of the Ci - Pai "Yi Jian Mei" requires two leading characters, four antitheses, the whole rhyme, and the same rhyme for both level and oblique tones.

Walking through the flower - filled mountains, visiting the blessed halls.
The bright red roses intoxicate you, drawing your affection.
Handsome boys and beautiful girls, their love is in full bloom,
Pink stamens with dew add to the amorous love.
Giving to the beloved, receiving an ink - stone.
Half - hiding a shy, spring - like face.
Graceful and enchanting, charming and beautiful,
The wind sends the dancing posture, showing off with pride.
